The SVDP of Skokie (comprising the parishes of St. Peter, St. Joan of Arc and St. Lambert) serves the needy families and individuals in a variety of ways. This includes short term material assistance such as help with rent and utilities, limited help with groceries or urgently needed clothing: and referrals to other local organizations for temporary support.
