O God of compassion, your people are anxious in this time of pandemic. Send your Holy Spirit among us to dispel our fears. We cry out to you in our confusion; comfort us in our affliction.
Grant our leaders wisdom to guide us. Strengthen and sustain those who are ill, and be with those who care for them.
Help us to travel this road in solidarity with our neighbors, with our eyes fixed on the salvation promised us through the death and resurrection of your Son, who is Lord forever and ever.
Amen
Prayer Petitions
Morning Offering to the Sacred Heart
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer You my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Your Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions of all our associates, and in particular for the intentions of our Holy Father for this month.
Serenity Prayer
O God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time, enjoying one moment at a time. Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace. Taking, as he did, the sinful world as it is, not as I would have it. Trusting that he will make all things right if I surrender to His will; that I may be reasonably happy in this life, and supremely happy with Him forever.
Spiritual Communion Prayer
My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar. I love You above all things, and I desire to receive You into my soul. Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart ... I embrace You as if You were already there and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You.
Litany of Deliverance
(St. Thelca, Virgin & Martyr )
Deliver me, O Lord, from all dangers of Hell and all pains and tribulations... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Enoch and Elias from the common death of the World... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Noah from the flood... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Abraham from the midst of the Chaldeans... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Job from his sufferings... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Issac from being sacrificed by his father... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Lot from Sodom and the flames of fire... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Moses from the law of Pharaoh, King of Egypt... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Daniel from the lion’s den... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Susanna from her false accusers... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver David from the hands of Saul and Goliath... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver three children from the fiery furnace and from the hands of an unmerciful King... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver Peter and Paul out of prison... Amen.
Deliver me, O Lord, (and my family) as Thou didst deliver the Blessed Virgin and Martyr St. Thelca from most cruel torment, so vouchsafe to deliver me... Amen.
St. Thelca, Virgin & Martyr was put in chains in a dungeon, she was delivered from fire, snakes, from lions and many other dangers. She actually died a natural death. She is called a martyr because she would have been martyred several times had not God delivered her out of each situation to use her, showing His power and mercy.

From horrible darkness,
From dreadful weeping and wailing,
Through Thine admirable conception,

Thou Who forgavest Magdalen and didst hearken to the prayer of the thief,
Thou Who savest freely Thine elect,
Thou Who hast the keys of death and hell,
That Thou wouldst be pleased to deliver the souls of our parents,
relations, friends, and benefactors, from the pains of Purgatory,
That Thou wouldst be pleased to have mercy on those of whom no especial remembrance is made on earth,
That Thou wouldst be pleased to fulfill all their desires,
That Thou wouldst be pleased to receive them into the company of the blessed,
King of awful Majesty,
Son of God,
Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, Grant unto them rest.
Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, Grant unto them rest.
Lamb of God, who takest away the sins of the world, Grant unto them rest everlasting.

Lord, have mercy. From the gate of hell,
Deliver their souls, O Lord. O Lord, hear my prayer,
O Lord, hear my prayer. And let my cry come unto Thee.
Let us pray.
O God, the Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful, grant unto the souls of Thy servants departed the remission of all their sins; that, by pious supplication, they may obtain that pardon which they have always desired. Grant this, 0 God, Who livest and reignest for ever and ever. Amen.
O eternal God, Who besides the general precept of charity, hast commanded a particular respect to parents, kindred, and benefactors; grant, we beseech Thee, that, as they were the instruments by which Thy Providence bestowed on us our birth, education, and innumerable other blessings, so our prayers may be the means to obtain for them a speedy release from their excessive sufferings, and free admittance to Thine infinite joys. Through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Eternal rest give them, O Lord. And let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen.
